Limited warranty Policy
for tube top products

Warranty Period: 90 Days from the date of original purchase

 

Warranty Coverage

Tube Top (“Manufacturer”) warrants that its non-reusable plastic concrete form products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a single concrete pour. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

What Is Covered

  • Cracks, splits, or structural failures present prior to or during initial use for a single pour.

  • Manufacturing defects in the material that prevent the form from performing its intended function during one-time use.

  • Non-conformance to specified dimensions or tolerances that affect usability.

 

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused after initial use, including attempts to reuse or modify the product.

  • Failures due to improper handling, storage, or installation.

  • Exposure to temperatures, chemicals, or pressures outside of the product’s published specifications.

  • Normal wear associated with disposal after first use.

  • Labor, equipment, or project delays resulting from product misuse.

 

Remedy

If a defect covered under this warranty is reported within the warranty period, Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product.

  • Issue a credit or refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes).

No other remedy is available under this warranty.

 

Warranty Claims

To initiate a claim, the purchaser must:

  1. Notify Manufacturer within 10 business days of discovering the defect.

  2. Provide the original purchase receipt or invoice.

  3. Submit photo or video evidence showing the defect.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, labor, or other materials.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these terms may not apply to all purchasers.

 

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved (Need to decide if under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location or arbitration).
